Legacy Survey Builder - Understanding Field Capture in the Survey Builder

1. Navigate to https://app.edcforge.com/dashboard

2. Click "BRE / Surveys"

3. Click "Templates"

4. Click "Add New Template"

5. Click this text field.

6. Select "Survey Category".

7. Click this button.
Select "Question Type"
Click "Save"

8. Click the "Enter question text" field.

9. Click this checkbox.

10. Click "Companies"

11. Select "Map With"

12. Click "Save".
