How to create Questions and explore Question types

1. Navigate to https://app.edcforge.com/dashboard

2. Click "BRE / Surveys"

3. Click "Templates"

4. Click "Add New Template"

5. Click "Template Name" field.

6. Select "Survey Category"

7. Click this icon.

8. Select "Question Type"
Click "Save".

9. Click the "Enter question text" field.

10. Click the "Enter answer text" field.
