How to create and link child Questions to a specific Question

1. Navigate to https://app.edcforge.com/dashboard

2. Click "BRE / Surveys"

3. Click "Templates"

4. Click "Add New Template"

5. Click "Template Name" field.

6. Click "Survey Category".

7. Click here.

8. Select "Question Type"
Click "Save"
Click the "Enter question text" field.
Click the "Enter answer text" field.

9. Click "Add Question Filter"
Click "ADD CHILD"
Click the "Single Answer" field.
Click "Save"
Click the "Enter question text" field.
Click the "Enter answer text" field.

10. Click "Save".
